Easy How To: Removing wax, chemical residue from fruits

I'm back from my summer bloggy break and I have a tip for all of you.

Simply use baking soda on a vegetable brush to gently scrub away any wax or chemical residue from fruits and vegetables.  Peels and zests have many vitamins, are rich in fiber, and are used for decorations and added flavor in many desserts.
