This is another old recipe from my aunt's recipe box. I adapted it to American measurements, but it's direct from Paris!Creme Au Chocolat8 oz semisweet chocolate, grated or chopped41/2 cup milk2/3 cup sugar5 egg yolks1 whole eggIn a double boiler, pour 1/4 cup of the milk and chocolate and stir until melted. Gradually add remaining milk, then sugar, stirring constantly. Let cool.Preheat oven
