Fitness Tip: Do Something Active Every Day

On non-workout days, do something to stay active. It doesn't have to be intense, just a little daily activity. It will make it easier to stay motivated. Plus, these little things add up over time. Here are a few suggestions:- Walking the dog- Take the stairs instead of the escalators at the mall- Doing calorie burning housework (vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, etc.)- Dancing to your favorite music-
