What Do You think of the New Cooking Channel?

Have you been watching the new Cooking Channel (formerly Fine Living Channel)? It's another channel for us foodies to watch. The channel combines shows from the Food Network, the former Discovery Home channel and the former Fine Living channel.I really like it, I get to see different cooks and chiefs that I haven't seen before and a few I have seen (but they no longer showed). I've already found
