What to do this weekend? Why not Exercise Outdoors.Why spend a beautiful summer day camped out on your couch or at the gym. Have fun working out al fresco, it's a great way to connect with nature and get in shape. Plus, exercising outdoors will have you feeling like a kid again. Just don't forget your sun screen.
