Recipe: French eclairs and cream puffs

Today is Bastille Day or French Independence Day so I thought I'd share a French dessert.  My Household Searchlight cookbook which I use each week for Vintage Recipe Thursday is definitely all-American.  There are very few foreign recipes and fewer French recipes, but I did manage to find cream puffs and eclairs.  You can click on the link for the Cream Puffs Recipe which I previously shared.
