Rum-Raisin Ice CreamRum-Raisin Ice Cream1 1/2 cup of heavy whipping cream1/4 cup of whole milk1 cup of sugar3 jumbo egg yolks1/2 cup dark Jamaican rum1 cup golden raisinsLet raisins simmer with rum and 1/2 cup of sugar.
